The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) aggressively pursues solutions to the many obstacles faced by the residential construction industry at any given time. With an average of 150 different professions involved with the construction of a single new home, support of the BIASC directly impacts a large portion of Southern California’s economy. The BIASC has been fighting for home ownership and striving to prevent unreasonable legislation from inhibiting construction related job creation for over 90 years.
Charlotte/DeSoto Building Industry Association (CDBIA) is a not-for-profit organization that believes home ownership should be within reach of every American. They believe that all homes and all buildings should be well-designed, well-constructed and located in attractive communities where educational, recreational, religious and shopping facilities are available to all. High standards of health, safety, and sanitation should be built into every home. CDBIA members encourage research within the building industry and give their informed and vigorous support to all sound legislative proposals affecting the industry. They are committed to establishing and maintaining the very highest standards in the country for the building industry.
